We are hiring a custodian to work approximately 20 hours per week primarily evenings and weekends. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will perform regular custodial duties as assigned by the Lead Custodian. Regular duties include sweeping, vacuuming, polishing, washing floors, walls, furniture, light fixtures and removing waste from the building. As you will be in contact with many facility renters, you should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and discreetly in a multifaceted environment.

Preference will be given to candidates who have related experience in commercial caretaking and/or the hospitality industry and/or a domestic cleaning background. Basic computer skills and WHIMIS will be considered an asset.  Our personnel policies require that Living Hope employees be regular attendees of Living Hope Alliance Church.
