- Read Judges 6:11-14. In the beginning of the story, God starts by telling Gideon that He is with him and calls him ‘mighty warrior’. What makes this important?
- Why does the Lord say in Judges 7:2 that He is going to remove more men from Gideon’s army? What makes this important?
- This story illustrates how God is faithful to the Israelites despite their unfaithfulness to Him. How does it make you feel to know that God will be faithful to you regardless of whether or not you are faithful to Him? Share a story of how God has been faithful to you.
- As you look at your coming week/month/year, what might cause you stress? Take some time to invite God into this and ask Him to reveal to you how He is leading in this situation.
