- Read Acts 2:42-47. Who are the main characters in the story (don’t forget to include God in your list)? How are they portrayed? If you had to whittle this story down to a one-sentence summary, what would it be?
- What does this story say to the nature and character of God? Of humans?
- What is this story saying about gathering as followers of Jesus? How would you describe your current church attendance habits?
- Pastor Tim shared about Lifeway Research’s findings that gathering in worship services and small groups have a significant impact on transformational discipleship. He stated “the more you go, the more you grow.” Have you found this statement to be true? What might be missing?
