Summer’s Almost here!

Summer vacation is almost here…can you feel it?  This week marks the end of school and the official start of summer vacation with a long weekend to boot!  Some of us will head out to the lake or are planning to get away for a while and some of us are going to lie around on the deck reading a good book.   But before you head out on your vacation or stay-cation, you are going to want to join us at Living Hope this weekend.

This weekend 6 people will be baptized and one family will dedicate the newest addition to their family.  We’ll also be looking at Matthew 28:16-20 as we continue our ONE series and discuss the ONE thing that characterizes a follower of Jesus Christ.  I hope you’ll join us this weekend as we discover what it means to be a part of Living Hope and how we can become what Jesus envisions together.

Parking Lot Development Update
Our parking lot continues to be under construction with an estimated completion date of August 15th.  A gravel lot has been constructed on the west side of the building off  the Arcola entrance.  A temporary walkway has also been constructed along the north fence line for those who would like to park on Green Falls Drive.  For those parking on Green Falls Drive, in the event of rain and/or muddy conditions we have received permission from our contractor to walk across the construction site (on the new driveway) to the front doors (please note the front doors will not be open otherwise).  

Ministry / Fiscal Year End
June 30th marks the end of our 2018-19 Ministry and Fiscal Year.  Over the last several weeks you may have heard from our pastors that we have not reached our giving goal yet.  Will you prayerfully consider making an additional gift to the Ministry Fund to help us finish the 2018-19 year strong and begin 2019-20 in a healthy financial position?
