Missions Sunday // Today
Join us as we talk about what it means to share Jesus across cultures and to pray for some places hard and dark places in our world. Please bring your favourite ethnic dish to share at the potluck afterwards – food can be dropped off in the kitchen after 10 am. And then at 12:45 pm, watch a short, powerful documentary on what God is doing in the midst of the war in Ukraine. Come dressed in your cultural attire to celebrate the diversity of our church family!
Pray First
Prayer ignites power in the Church, for it opens us up to the work of Holy Spirit in earthly places. Therefore, we need to pray before our services to invite God to do a mighty work amongst us. We call this time ‘Pray First.’ At Pray First, we will contend for Holy Spirit’s work by praying for every chair in the sanctuary, Kids’ Church, and ministry area used on Sunday. You are invited to help us fight the spiritual battle (Eph 6:12) by coming to Pray First every Sunday from 9:30am-10am

A profound and important outward expression of faith in Jesus is the act of baptism. The next opportunity to publicly declare your allegiance to Christ is on Sunday, November 9.
