2. Have you ever been forgotten somewhere?

Discussion:

1. Re-read Luke 2:8-20, Pastor Tim suggested that the Shepherds were a forgotten people, Have you ever felt forgotten?
2. The Angels declare that the Shepherds are favoured. Psalm 84:4 says, “Blessed and greatly favoured are those who dwell in Your house and Your presence; They will be singing Your praises all the day long.” What does it mean to be favoured?
3. If you truly believed you were and felt favoured by God, what would be different about your life?
4. What would you like to do to prepare for Christmas this year, so that you might not only know but experience God’s favour?

Prayer:

1. Take some time to share things you want to praise God for.
2. Take some time to pray that God would open opportunities for you to have spiritual conversations with those who do not know you. Ask God for names and opportunities to invite them to Christmas Eve.
